In the 9th minute Marcelo Villalaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaniusky Aro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Vagrande was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pancho Regato. Ferrer Echandi struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Edgar Vagrande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yataqui. Lopez Balensuela kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Carlos Cañaveral succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 18th playminute. 24 minutes into the game, Yataqui's Carlos Cañaveral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Vagrande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Cuero Adrales came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Adriana SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cuero Adrales couldn't finish the play. Carlos Cañaveral's late challenge caught a Adriana SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Cañaveral helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Yataqui got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Cañaveral. A collision led to Yataqui getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ugaitz Ontova hit a great ball. Carlos Cañaveral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yaniusky Aro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Villalaud in the 46th minute of the match. Marcelo Villalaud scored 2-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yaniusky Aro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yaniusky Aro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Carlos Cañaveral came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Yataqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Cañaveral couldn't finish the play. Cuero Adrales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaniusky Aro having to interfere. If Ferrer Echandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Adriana SC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Lopez Balensuela hit a great ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Carlos Cañaveral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yataqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Cañaveral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Vagrande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferrer Echandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Carlos Cañaveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Vagrande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cuero Adrales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Yaniusky Aro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yataqui's Carlos Cañaveral got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yataqui's Ugaitz Ontova got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Vagrande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Cañaveral, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Adriana SC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Yataqui from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
