José-Luis Astozas lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of CD Hospitalillo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Suentza:s goal. The referee gave Suentza a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xabier Morana, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CD Hospitalillo's Viator Aguirre. 1-0. When Lavallén Villoria came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Suentza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lavallén Villoria couldn't finish the play. After 20 minutes, Rosario Burgueño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suentza and the CD Hospitalillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rosario Burgueño kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Romero Reig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Hospitalillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romero Reig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Darío Boñar hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Marcos Farran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Walter Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Nueva came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CD Hospitalillo's Romero Reig. But to his dismay, Romero Reig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, CD Hospitalillo's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Teja came free, but Viator Aguirre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes, De-Jesús Fernandez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Hospitalillo and the Suentza players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, CD Hospitalillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by De-Jesús Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. Lavallén Villoria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suentza's Walter Nueva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Suentza from getting a goal against them. Suentza's Walter Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by De-Jesús Fernandez in the 62nd minute of play. In the 70th minute Freddy Teja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viator Aguirre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
