Venceslas Villaciergo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Unanue, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Yaupi's Venceslas Villaciergo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Yaupi from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Vicente Gaytan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erick Izmendi in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venceslas Villaciergo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Nando Rulan fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yaupi's protests and gave Nando Rulan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Yaupi getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Nando Rulan hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Yaupi got a freekick which was hit by David Gonta. If Rene Unanue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaupi's Venceslas Villaciergo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Unanue in the 68th minute of play. Rene Unanue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venceslas Villaciergo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play.
