Elias Burguete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Amada having to interfere. Hector Zucunza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xavier Amada. UD Cotocolla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Romeo Rego had several of the CD Manzaloma's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed David Guiza as he didn't even see the shot coming. Xavier Amada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Marines in the 13th minute of play. Elias Burguete scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xavier Amada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. UD Cotocolla's Uhin Dieguez got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, UD Cotocolla's Romeo Rego sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Guiza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Romeo Rego's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Guiza was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uhin Dieguez got free with David Guiza in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elias Burguete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Amada having to interfere. Romeo Rego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Guiza having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Romeo Rego managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Cotocolla's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Rego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Guiza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uhin Dieguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to CD Manzaloma getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gregorio Miravalles hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Romeo Rego made the kick off in the second half. Elias Burguete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Xavier Amada made a huge save. Johnny Marines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. UD Cotocolla's Xavier Amada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Miravalles in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnny Marines in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavier Amada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, CD Manzaloma's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Rego came free, but David Guiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Marines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Amada having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, CD Manzaloma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Marines to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
