Santos Envito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Nayumbimi SC's Santos Envito got control of the ball when Zosimo Pañeda tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Vistruario Morodo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lopez Huarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. UD Shainkiam's Zosimo Pañeda got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vistruario Morodo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zosimo Pañeda scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santos Envito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot by Garrido Quevedo from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Santos Envito's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Victoriano Elguero came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the UD Shainkiam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Elguero couldn't finish the play. Zosimo Pañeda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lopez Huarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Coyences in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes UD Shainkiam got a freekick which was hit by Rocio Ugartondo. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 51 minutes of play, UD Shainkiam's Victoriano Elguero made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Envito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lopez Huarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vistruario Morodo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Nayumbimi SC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Cubas. In the 62nd minute, Victoriano Elguero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Envito was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 68th match minute, Nayumbimi SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysidro Izuzquiza to maneuver through the defense. Santos Envito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zosimo Pañeda in the 79th minute of the match. Nayumbimi SC's Santos Envito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Elguero in the 82nd minute of play. Zosimo Pañeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Santos Envito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Envito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoriano Elguero went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Nayumbimi SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
