In the 11th match minute, UD Arenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Cero to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, UD Herodes's Juan-Pablo Ciscal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amador Sans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When %teams%'s Delgado Gijon was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 21 minutes into the game. Eduardo Periquet was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Eduardo Periquet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Paza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Ramón Cero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Arenal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Herodes the free kick. After a rather tough play, UD Arenal's Ramón Cero got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Juan-Pablo Ciscal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torres Villaquiran charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torres Villaquiran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Torres Villaquiran kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Denis Reigosa, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Amador Sans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bran Cigaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Delgado Gijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Periquet having to interfere. Delgado Gijon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amador Sans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oswaldo Bendicho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Juan-Pablo Ciscal made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, UD Arenal's Delgado Gijon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Periquet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Delgado Gijon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Periquet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 2-0 became the score in the 58th minute when Delgado Gijon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Delgado Gijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Periquet having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in UD Herodes's zone, Ismael Paza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Periquet came out of the goal and Ismael Paza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ismael Paza managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Arenal's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Paza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Periquet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan-Pablo Ciscal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. UD Arenal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Juan-Pablo Ciscal scored to the left of an out of position Amador Sans, making the score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in UD Arenal's zone, Juan-Pablo Ciscal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Sans came out of the goal and Juan-Pablo Ciscal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Sans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Pablo Ciscal in the 89th minute of the match. Juan-Pablo Ciscal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Sans having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Ismael Paza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Periquet. UD Herodes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Paza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The UD Arenal fans cheered their team off the field, for while UD Herodes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
