After a defensive mix-up in Toldo FC's zone, Silvio Tufiño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Costoya came out of the goal and Silvio Tufiño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pital FC's goalkeeper Cortez Barma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toldo FC's Adrian Costoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Tufiño in the 57th minute of play. Morales Theas lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pital FC! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Toldo FC. Lara Belaunde stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cortez Barma. 2-0. Alex Folgueras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Adrian Costoya made a huge save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Folgueras couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Toldo FC's Pedro Bispo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cortez Barma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jacinto Olabarrieta's late challenge caught a Toldo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Valiente Imendia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Toldo FC had won after a very even match.
