The Astudillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Intriago Ezquibela should have stopped the shot. Xicu Bardece hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of UD Supaypungo booed when Astudillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ataulfo Manaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes, Xicu Bardece mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Supaypungo and the Astudillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zayvion Bellogin's late challenge caught a Astudillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zayvion Bellogin helped the player get up and apologised. Alonzo Belo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mora Diosdado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mora Diosdado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Alonzo Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes, García Mori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Supaypungo and the Astudillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marques Paredes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonzo Belo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Marques Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alonzo Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Intriago Ezquibela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Prus in the 43rd minute of the match. Intriago Ezquibela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosario Prus, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Alonzo Belo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mora Diosdado in the 48th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zarbonin Villarmerin to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarbonin Villarmerin in the 56th minute of play forced Astudillo's goalkeeper Intriago Ezquibela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Intriago Ezquibela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarbonin Villarmerin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Rosario Prus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Intriago Ezquibela having to interfere. Marques Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Alonzo Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosario Prus struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Intriago Ezquibela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Supaypungo. If Mora Diosdado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The UD Supaypungo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
