Rafael Garviras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vernaza Bolaños in the 5th minute of the match. Rafael Garviras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Cerrajeria in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute Geovanni Cerrajeria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Garviras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vernaza Bolaños in the 13th minute of play forced Condorpamba's goalkeeper Rafael Garviras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Condorpamba's Rafael Garviras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vernaza Bolaños in the 20th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Klimowitz Moldes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cunquer SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Condorpamba the free kick. In the 29th minute, Klimowitz Moldes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Vaquerizo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Cadimo during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Condorpamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cadimo to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Garviras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vernaza Bolaños went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Condorpamba's goal looked a bit too open when Vernaza Bolaños came free, but Rafael Garviras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes, Vitor Lanis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cunquer SC and the Condorpamba players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vitor Lanis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
After 54 minutes, Reasco Mazule mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Condorpamba and the Cunquer SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cunquer SC booed when Condorpamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reasco Mazule didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vernaza Bolaños could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Rafael Garviras made a huge save. In the 60th minute of the match Cunquer SC got a corner. Condorpamba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Caicedo Gandulla ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cunquer SC's corner Caicedo Gandulla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rafael Garviras quite easily take care of the ball. Condorpamba's Rafael Garviras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Condorpamba from getting a goal against them. If Geovanni Cerrajeria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Reasco Mazule came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Condorpamba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reasco Mazule couldn't finish the play. Paolo Vaquerizo scored 1-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Garviras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vernaza Bolaños got free with Rafael Garviras in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 97 minutes into the match, Cunquer SC's Vernaza Bolaños sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Garviras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cunquer SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
