Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pio Betancourt kicked off to start the match. Pio Betancourt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xzaiver Raposo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Guarumito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Parisi Constante to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match, Pio Betancourt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xzaiver Raposo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 9 played minutes Pesantes got a freekick which was hit by Weather Soltero. After 10 played minutes, Guarumito's Paz Piedrahita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacinto Mendecute came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guarumito reached it. Guarumito's Xzaiver Raposo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pio Betancourt in the 13th minute of play. If Ordonez Codosal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Mendecute didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Trana went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Ordonez Codosal came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Pesantes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ordonez Codosal couldn't finish the play. Pio Betancourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Parisi Constante during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Guarumito got a freekick which was hit by Parisi Constante. 37 minutes into the match, Pesantes's Pio Betancourt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xzaiver Raposo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pesantes's Ordonez Codosal got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Trana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Pio Betancourt notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Guarumito's Xzaiver Raposo. Xzaiver Raposo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute of the match Zuñiga Indo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacinto Mendecute showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bottero Gaiztarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arturo Corton kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jacinto Mendecute made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bagui Ruiloba in the 79th minute. Bottero Gaiztarro hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to Guarumito getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bottero Gaiztarro hit a great ball. Xzaiver Raposo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ordonez Codosal in the 88th minute of play. If Bagui Ruiloba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulizes Chave's late challenge caught a Guarumito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulizes Chave helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, one of Pesantes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pesantes. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Guarumito's Paz Piedrahita got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jacinto Mendecute. The Guarumito supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Guarumito would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
