Chambac SC's Luciano Bujan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrossi Acenero in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klimowicz Deza in the 34th minute of play forced Arvida SC's goalkeeper Nestor Garibay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Klimowicz Deza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klimowicz Deza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Nestor Garibay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Romai during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chambac SC booed when Arvida SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Romai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arévalo Lillo was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Arvida SC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Claudio Romai hit a great ball. When Klimowicz Deza came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Chambac SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klimowicz Deza couldn't finish the play. Arvida SC's Nestor Garibay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Arvida SC from getting a goal against them. Luciano Bujan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Tufiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Bujan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrossi Acenero in the 65th minute of the match. If Pepe Tufiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 68 minutes, Arévalo Lillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chambac SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arévalo Lillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Chambac SC's Arévalo Lillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestor Garibay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luciano Bujan came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Arvida SC's Pepe Tufiño. But to his dismay, Pepe Tufiño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Arvida SC's Nestor Garibay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arévalo Lillo in the 77th minute of play. Pepe Tufiño struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Luciano Bujan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arvida SC. 79 minutes into the game, Xoan Feyto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chambac SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arvida SC the free kick. Klimowicz Deza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luciano Bujan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Tufiño in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 97th minute Arévalo Lillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Garibay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chambac SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arvida SC.
