After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Xepe Vispieres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arquillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Xepe Vispieres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uxio Lusa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Arquillo's Daniel Ballina got control of the ball when Xacobo Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramosguaico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Velasco Aranguiz in the 18th minute. Daniel Ballina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bottero Pedreira in the 22nd minute of the match. When Espinoza Arduengo fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arquillo's protests and gave Espinoza Arduengo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arquillo getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Espinoza Arduengo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ponce Arango managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramosguaico's supporters rose to their feet, but Ponce Arango was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Ballina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Elorza hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Arquillo's goalkeeper Daniel Ballina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xacobo Lima. Xepe Vispieres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bottero Pedreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ballina having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 48th minute when Darío Lezarreta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bottero Pedreira to strike the kick off in the second half. Arquillo's Darío Lezarreta got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes, Patricio Respaldizar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ramosguaico and the Arquillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Respaldizar hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Xacobo Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ballina having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Ponce Arango was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramosguaico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arquillo the free kick. After 71 played minutes Ramosguaico got a freekick which was hit by Ponce Arango. Daniel Ballina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xacobo Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Ramosguaico's Bottero Pedreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Ballina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xepe Vispieres got free with Uxio Lusa in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xacobo Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ballina having to interfere. Espinoza Arduengo was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Arquillo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Espinoza Arduengo hit a great ball.
