The audience was convinced that Gabriel Salvador's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Povia was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Salvador in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Povia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gabriel Salvador had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. Caicedo Castelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Povia having to interfere. Agustin Asas hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, UD Cochapata's goal looked a bit too open when Vincente Rasa came free, but Victorino Heras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, UD Taguadaja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincente Rasa to maneuver through the defense. Vermudo Cantillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Victorino Heras made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in UD Cochapata's zone, Vincente Rasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Heras came out of the goal and Vincente Rasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Federico Povia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caicedo Castelo in the 34th minute of the match. If Caicedo Castelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Gabriel Salvador notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of UD Taguadaja's Federico Povia. Federico Povia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edwin Damar kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vincente Rasa made a kick off. In the 57th minute of the match UD Cochapata got a corner. UD Taguadaja's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hector Obarenes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Xano Puncet tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Federico Povia. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 57th minute. UD Taguadaja's Vermudo Cantillo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Federico Povia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 72 minutes into the match, Caicedo Castelo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Federico Povia, 0-4. UD Taguadaja's Vermudo Cantillo got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorino Heras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vermudo Cantillo in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Caicedo Castelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Povia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Rasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Victorino Heras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
