Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) UD Wawaim's Urbes Serbia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbes Serbia in the 3rd minute of play forced Chontapunta's goalkeeper Xinto Larramendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xinto Larramendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Villagra in the 6th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Urbes Serbia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xinto Larramendi. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chontapunta's Santiago Adames got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Urbes Serbia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xinto Larramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to UD Wawaim getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Paco Iturriaga hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Chontapunta's Rosario Bernaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubaldo Rebollo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Santos Escalona fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chontapunta's protests and gave Santos Escalona a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Santos Escalona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Francisco Villagra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Rebollo came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Chontapunta's Wilmer Ponte. But to his dismay, Wilmer Ponte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Rosario Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Chontapunta were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the UD Wawaim defense, Wilmer Ponte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Rebollo. The UD Wawaim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubaldo Rebollo should have stopped the shot. Chontapunta's Xinto Larramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Villagra in the 59th minute of play. Fabian Amondo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rosario Bernaldos short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Ubaldo Rebollo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 75th minute Rosario Bernaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Rebollo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilmer Ponte in the 77th minute of play forced UD Wawaim's goalkeeper Ubaldo Rebollo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Santiago Adames's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Rebollo was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Garrido Lozada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Chontapunta's Wilmer Ponte in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UD Wawaim's goalie prevented a goal. Checa Pedrais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 98 minutes into the match, Chontapunta's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Villagra came free, but Xinto Larramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
