The UD Indillana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Chequero FC booed when UD Indillana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Hondraita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chequero FC's John Rasines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuoco Xavalera in the 30th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

John Rasines stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xuoco Xavalera's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. John Rasines stood somewhat misplaced when Xuoco Xavalera came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 55 minute. In the 62nd minute Graziani Tornamira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Villornate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moreno Murillo in the 63rd minute of play forced UD Indillana's goalkeeper Paredes Villornate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Francisco Pajazo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chequero FC's John Rasines didn't even have to move. If Fernandez Zubicoeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Rasines was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Xuoco Xavalera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xuoco Xavalera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Xuoco Xavalera managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Indillana's supporters rose to their feet, but Xuoco Xavalera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. John Rasines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Graziani Tornamira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Graziani Tornamira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chequero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graziani Tornamira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched UD Indillana eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
