Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hector-Luis Liendo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Nicolás Borrajo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the UD Esperanza defense, Castillo Jerena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zornin Abin. The UD Esperanza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zornin Abin should have stopped the shot. León Barela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Merino having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Elva's goal looked a bit too open when Hector-Luis Liendo came free, but Mauricio Merino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Castillo Jerena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Elva booed when UD Esperanza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector-Luis Liendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Luciano Basozabal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elva's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Basozabal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zornin Abin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zornin Abin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Jerena in the 31st minute of the match. Luciano Basozabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Zornin Abin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zornin Abin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Castillo Jerena, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 35 minutes into the game, Castillo Jerena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zornin Abin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luciano Basozabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Zornin Abin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Merino made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when León Barela sent off a good shot on target. The UD Esperanza players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elva were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Basozabal to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Cirarruista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauricio Merino. Elva's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hector-Luis Liendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Merino having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Elva's goal looked a bit too open when León Barela came free, but Mauricio Merino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match UD Esperanza got a corner. Elva's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicolás Borrajo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elva's Mauricio Merino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector-Luis Liendo in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by León Barela in the 74th minute of play forced Elva's goalkeeper Mauricio Merino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Luciano Basozabal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Esperanza's Zornin Abin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zornin Abin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Castillo Jerena in the 76th minute. After 79th play minutes Aragón Montalban shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Zornin Abin and just under the crossbar into goal. 86 minutes into the match, Elva's goal looked a bit too open when Hector-Luis Liendo came free, but Mauricio Merino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Basozabal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, León Barela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UD Esperanza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Elva had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
