Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) UD Esperanza's León Barela got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Huasimpamba FC's Ramírez Olavarrieta got a free kick in the 8th minute. Zornin Abin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Oviedo in the 13th minute of play. Macias Huera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 20 minutes, Oscar Oviedo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. UD Esperanza's Zornin Abin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Fabio Rubain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, UD Esperanza's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Oviedo came free, but Zornin Abin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xeromo Heneriz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when León Barela sent off a good shot on target. Hector-Luis Liendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when León Barela got free with Xeromo Heneriz in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Macias Huera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hector-Luis Liendo was the one to do the kick off. If Hector-Luis Liendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector-Luis Liendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Xeromo Heneriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zornin Abin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Oviedo's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. A collision led to UD Esperanza getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Vigil Regulez hit a great ball. UD Esperanza's León Barela got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xeromo Heneriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector-Luis Liendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Macias Huera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zornin Abin having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Oscar Oviedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zornin Abin. The goal made the score 0-2. Vigil Regulez kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Huasimpamba FC defense, León Barela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xeromo Heneriz. The Huasimpamba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xeromo Heneriz should have stopped the shot.
