Rolando Cuba might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hernando Mulas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Cuba ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Divaichin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Biñayo in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Rolando Cuba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernando Mulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Pichil SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paiva Mota to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Berrez kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Hernando Mulas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Amezaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chuque SC reached it. Fernando Biñayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Marcos Divaichin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 minutes of play, Pichil SC's Umbruso Charlo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Divaichin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Cuba scored 2-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernando Mulas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Umbruso Charlo made a kick off. Rolando Cuba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Mulas having to interfere. A collision led to Chuque SC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Alberto Amezaga hit a great ball. A collision led to Pichil SC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Lopez Palomar hit a great ball. Paiva Mota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Marcos Divaichin made a huge save. Chuque SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
