An unexpectedly hard shot by Renán Conde in the 4th minute of play forced UD Cohembi's goalkeeper Leo Corroto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Trevino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Fernández Beaga made a huge save. Renán Conde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Leo Corroto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in UD Cohembi's zone, Henry Guiral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Corroto came out of the goal and Henry Guiral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Henry Guiral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Corroto was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Fernández Beaga made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jose Trevino sent off a good shot on target. Henry Guiral struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Leo Corroto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agoyan. If Henry Guiral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Corroto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Cereijais, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, UD Cohembi's Segio Martiniana got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 39 minutes into the match, Renán Conde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Corroto. UD Cohembi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renán Conde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 44 minutes into the match, UD Cohembi's goal looked a bit too open when Renán Conde came free, but Leo Corroto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urbasa Puntones to make the kick off. Leo Corroto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renán Conde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Corroto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Guiral in the 58th minute. The supporters of Agoyan booed when UD Cohembi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Barbajero didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 62 in the game by Henry Guiral from a close distance when the talented Leo Corroto managed to make a qualified save. UD Cohembi's players were relieved. Leo Corroto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renán Conde in the 65th minute of play. Urbasa Puntones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernández Beaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbasa Puntones, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When UD Cohembi's Urbasa Puntones in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fernández Beaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Trevino in the 81st minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Edmundo Irigoyen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 90th minute Renán Conde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Corroto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Agoyan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
