Yánez Padriña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ines SC's Xavieon Sarra got a free kick in the 7th minute. Paco Sejomill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Yánez Padriña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Enrico Mella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ines SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrico Mella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yánez Padriña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Conferencia getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Virila Narganes hit a great ball. In the 33rd match minute, Conferencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virila Narganes to maneuver through the defense. José-Francisco Acipreste in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Ines SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 71 minutes into the match, Enrico Mella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yánez Padriña. Conferencia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrico Mella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 75th minute, Ximun Mioño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ximun Mioño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xalbador Herbella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Yánez Padriña made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Enrico Mella sent off a good shot on target. Paco Sejomill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Yánez Padriña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Conferencia a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roberto Oliva, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ines SC's Xalbador Herbella. 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
