The supporters of Unamuncho FC booed when CD Germania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xamo Aguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arboleda Bultes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 13 minutes, Juan-Pablo Paba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Germania and the Unamuncho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, CD Germania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Navaridas to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Lamboy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of René Ustoa's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Unamuncho FC's Uriel Tenorio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Unamuncho FC from getting a goal against them. Gonzales Cabuerniga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Tenorio having to interfere. Sergio Lamboy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodolfo Torrecillas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 82 minute of play. Cornelio Terminel kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Gonzales Cabuerniga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute.
