Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ayacucho's Vela Rios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raul Ovies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavian Regil, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xabat Aya got free with Raul Ovies in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Chanquinima SC's Santos Telo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tercero Mijares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ordóñez Montaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Chanquinima SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vistruario Erus to maneuver through the defense. Tercero Mijares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ordóñez Montaña in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Chanquinima SC's goal looked a bit too open when Vela Rios came free, but Tercero Mijares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tercero Mijares came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayacucho's Ordóñez Montaña. But to his dismay, Ordóñez Montaña quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Genaro Sojo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Ayacucho's goalkeeper Raul Ovies had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Telo. After 33 minutes of play, Ayacucho's Ordóñez Montaña made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tercero Mijares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chanquinima SC's Tercero Mijares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ordóñez Montaña in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Xavian Regil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mendez Homar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Ovies having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xavian Regil to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Ayacucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klimovich Sabando to maneuver through the defense. Xavian Regil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tercero Mijares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vela Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Vela Rios notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Chanquinima SC's Tercero Mijares. Tercero Mijares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Mendez Homar made a precise shot to the right of Raul Ovies. Ayacucho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Tercero Mijares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ordóñez Montaña in the 73rd minute. After 73 played minutes Chanquinima SC got a freekick which was hit by Vistruario Erus. With a little luck, Chanquinima SC's Tercero Mijares got control of the ball when Ordóñez Montaña tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tercero Mijares made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Ordóñez Montaña sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Mendez Homar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vela Rios had several of the Chanquinima SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Tercero Mijares as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vela Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tercero Mijares having to interfere. Tercero Mijares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vela Rios in the 91st minute of the match.
