Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlos Molfi started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Izamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Macedo came free, but Vernaza Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Alborza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vernaza Ponce having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Izamba FC got a freekick which was hit by Monge Bazo. Marcelo Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vernaza Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Izamba FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Martin Cabuerniga hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Villota Come sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vernaza Ponce skillfully saved the ball. In the 13th minute James Alborza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vernaza Ponce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If James Alborza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xalvador Castrillo was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Uxio Toyo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Uxio Toyo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Iruleta during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marco Iruleta hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Vernaza Ponce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Alborza in the 38th minute of play. Uxio Toyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xalvador Castrillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zelipe Lance, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Izamba FC's Carlos Molfi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xalvador Castrillo. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Uxio Toyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalvador Castrillo having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Sinchig FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xarles Sanches to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Izamba FC's Uxio Toyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xalvador Castrillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sinchig FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Sinchig FC:s Xalvador Castrillo showed great skill when he stopped Luis-Antonio Escolar:s penalty. Xalvador Castrillo came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Izamba FC's Luis-Antonio Escolar. But to his dismay, Luis-Antonio Escolar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 69 played minutes Izamba FC got a freekick which was hit by Zelipe Lance. In the 72nd minute Alex Olozaga managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Zelipe Lance hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Alborza in the 82nd minute of play forced Izamba FC's goalkeeper Vernaza Ponce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. James Alborza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Vernaza Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Izamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when James Alborza came free, but Vernaza Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Izamba FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
