Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Batista Balague got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Emperatriz got a freekick which was hit by Yiyo Villachica. Yuralpa SC's Denis Senderos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ovidio Rosabel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Yuralpa SC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Camilo Domaquia hit a great ball. Valentine Garnica blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Rosabel having to make a save. Batista Balague sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Batista Balague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Braojos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th of the match, Camilo Domaquia tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ovidio Rosabel got in the way and made a wonderful save. Camilo Domaquia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Rosabel made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Valentine Garnica sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camilo Domaquia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nacho Antiñano's late challenge caught a Yuralpa SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nacho Antiñano helped the player get up and apologised. Emperatriz:s Ovidio Rosabel showed great skill when he stopped Denis Senderos:s penalty. After 55 minutes of play, Yuralpa SC's Denis Senderos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Rosabel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yiyo Villachica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Rosabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Domaquia in the 70th minute of the match. After 70 minutes, Hernando Mugica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emperatriz and the Yuralpa SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Hernando Mugica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yiyo Villachica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Braojos having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camilo Domaquia in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Rosabel saved Emperatriz from getting behind. 86 minutes into the game, Yiyo Villachica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pavel Braojos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yiyo Villachica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Pavel Braojos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Camilo Domaquia came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Yuralpa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Domaquia couldn't finish the play. If Yiyo Villachica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
