Ubarna Bailey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xelo Ramirez in the 4th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Bestion FC got a freekick which was hit by Paredes Bevia. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yacoto's goalkeeper Ubarna Bailey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paredes Bevia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Bailey having to interfere. Xelo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubarna Bailey having to interfere. Patricio Sopuerta hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ayoví Parandones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Illan in the 34th minute of the match. Estrada Sobrado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ayoví Parandones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Yacoto got a freekick which was hit by Robin Osuna. Eugenio Idigoras kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estrada Sobrado to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paredes Bevia in the 56th minute of play forced Yacoto's goalkeeper Ubarna Bailey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ayoví Parandones was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Santos Illan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Xuan Lombraña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubarna Bailey. Yacoto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xuan Lombraña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a little luck, Bestion FC's Ayoví Parandones got control of the ball when Santos Illan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ayoví Parandones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estrada Sobrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubarna Bailey came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Bestion FC's Paredes Bevia. But to his dismay, Paredes Bevia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 84 minutes into the game, Bestion FC's Xelo Ramirez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubarna Bailey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Bestion FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
