In the 11thth minute of the game Valdo Valcarcel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Picaigua's Perez Migolla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Vega SC's goalkeeper Genaro Vidrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arévalo Lapenya. Valdo Valcarcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perez Migolla having to interfere. Cornelio Muxica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Vidrio having to interfere. Genaro Vidrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Baamonde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Valcarcel in the 25th minute of play forced Picaigua's goalkeeper Perez Migolla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perez Migolla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Valcarcel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Baamonde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Arévalo Lapenya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute, Kléber Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vega SC's Diaz Benero got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Diaz Benero off the ground. A collision led to Vega SC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Genaro Vidrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Baamonde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Vega SC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Baamonde came free, but Genaro Vidrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Picaigua's goalkeeper Perez Migolla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdo Valcarcel. When the match clock showed 98 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Martin Baamonde sped through Vega SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Genaro Vidrio. Picaigua were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vega SC for a fine match.
