Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xinto Casado got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Hector-Luis Melendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Augusto Cimbron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th minute, Xinto Casado fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Urbasa Teigeiro, passed just outside the right post. In the 15th match minute, Habaspampa SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zabal Bautista to maneuver through the defense. When Zorion Gavela came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Galapagos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zorion Gavela couldn't finish the play. Augusto Cimbron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector-Luis Melendes's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector-Luis Melendes in the 21st minute of play forced Galapagos FC's goalkeeper Augusto Cimbron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Hector-Luis Melendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galapagos FC's Augusto Cimbron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Rodas Herreros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Habaspampa SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodas Herreros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xinto Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbasa Teigeiro having to interfere. The supporters of Galapagos FC booed when Habaspampa SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Ozana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Quejana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Almazan in the 48th minute of play forced Habaspampa SC's goalkeeper Urbasa Teigeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Galapagos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Habaspampa SC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector-Luis Melendes to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Galapagos FC's goalkeeper Augusto Cimbron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodas Herreros. Xinto Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Urbasa Teigeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rodas Herreros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hector-Luis Melendes came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Habaspampa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector-Luis Melendes couldn't finish the play. Ximenes Sampayo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Hector-Luis Melendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zorion Gavela in the 82nd minute of play forced Habaspampa SC's goalkeeper Urbasa Teigeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Cimbron made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Rodas Herreros sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Cimbron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodas Herreros in the 84th minute. In the 93rd minute, Galapagos FC's Xalvador Parcero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xalvador Parcero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galapagos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xalvador Parcero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
