Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Xepe Guardiola in the 2nd minute of play forced Texas's goalkeeper Torres Mariña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CD Yunguilla's zone, James Oruña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valerio Moneda came out of the goal and James Oruña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, James Oruña notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CD Yunguilla's Valerio Moneda. Valerio Moneda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Xepe Guardiola came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the CD Yunguilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xepe Guardiola couldn't finish the play. Torres Mariña made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Villagra Angeles sent off a good shot on target. Alejandro Naredo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. James Oruña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valerio Moneda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xepe Guardiola to strike the kick off in the second half. Xepe Guardiola scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torres Mariña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Xepe Guardiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Torres Mariña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torres Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villagra Angeles in the 74th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. James Oruña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samaniego Dalmases lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in CD Yunguilla fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Puig during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Virgilio Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. James Oruña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Valerio Moneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, CD Yunguilla's goal looked a bit too open when James Oruña came free, but Valerio Moneda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Texas played a much better game than CD Yunguilla and deserved their victory. The CD Yunguilla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
