If José-Francisco Gorostiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes of play, Sauce SC's Ximenes Coria made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iván Arenchen was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xzaver Ibias to make the kick off. If José-Francisco Gorostiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iván Arenchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ximenes Coria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, CD Chimbocal's goalkeeper Iván Arenchen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José-Francisco Gorostiza. After 67 played minutes Sauce SC got a freekick which was hit by Xavion Palacio. Sixto Gandulla kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When José-Francisco Gorostiza came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sauce SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José-Francisco Gorostiza couldn't finish the play. Xzaver Ibias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sauce SC's Alvarez Lomelin got a free kick in the 75th minute. Virgilio Ibisate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Sauce SC's goal looked a bit too open when Xzaver Ibias came free, but Marlon Viveros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlon Viveros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xzaver Ibias, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
