After having played for 22 minutes, Domingo Pelegri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantiales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Pelegri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Mas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franklin Benitua was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Estancia's Demetrio Ballin got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Manantiales defense, Xurxo Comacho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camacho Osorio. The Manantiales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camacho Osorio should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Jose-Antonio Villornate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manantiales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estancia the free kick. A collision led to Manantiales getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jose-Antonio Villornate hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Xurxo Comacho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Camacho Osorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xurxo Comacho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camacho Osorio having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Demetrio Ballin was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Xurxo Comacho sped through Manantiales's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camacho Osorio. Demetrio Ballin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Marcelo Mas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Benitua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camacho Osorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Domingo Pelegri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Franklin Benitua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estancia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcelo Mas 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Pelegri got free with Franklin Benitua in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Estancia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Camilo Taramona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Camacho Osorio. Manantiales's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Camacho Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurxo Comacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Estancia's goalkeeper Franklin Benitua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Pelegri. Xurxo Comacho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camacho Osorio having to interfere. A collision led to Manantiales getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jose-Antonio Villornate hit a great ball. If Demetrio Ballin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
