Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Diego Falip kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes in the game, Marco Goyeneta dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a little luck, Sadayacu SC's Fabian Espada got control of the ball when Enrique Bustos tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Timbara SC's Fabian Espada threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Goyeneta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Martinez Buison charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martinez Buison the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Enrique Bustos came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Timbara SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Bustos couldn't finish the play. When Timbara SC's Marco Goyeneta in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sadayacu SC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Portanares in the 15th minute of play forced Timbara SC's goalkeeper Xavier Lombera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes of play Sadayacu SC's Martinez Buison was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Sadayacu SC's Martinez Buison got a free kick in the 17th minute. Marco Goyeneta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Sadayacu SC got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Robres. Fabian Espada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Bustos in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, Sadayacu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Falip to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Villafuerte Feliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Goyeneta in the 31st minute of play forced Sadayacu SC's goalkeeper Fabian Espada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Timbara SC's Marco Goyeneta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Espada. That made the score 1-1 after 40 minutes of play. Gilmar Portanares struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Xavier Lombera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sadayacu SC. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marco Goyeneta made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Marco Goyeneta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timbara SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Goyeneta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Espada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Bustos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Espada having to interfere. Marco Goyeneta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fabian Espada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Bustos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Espada having to interfere. Fabian Espada came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Timbara SC's Enrique Bustos. But to his dismay, Enrique Bustos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldeón Geras during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baldeón Geras hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Gilmar Portanares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xavier Lombera came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sadayacu SC's Gilmar Portanares. But to his dismay, Gilmar Portanares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Sadayacu SC's Gilmar Portanares got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sadayacu SC's Diego Falip got a free kick in the 80th minute. Fabian Espada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Bustos in the 82nd minute of the match. Marco Goyeneta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Espada having to interfere. Enrique Bustos might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Espada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Bustos ran back to his position shaking his head. Timbara SC's Marco Goyeneta got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
