Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vachon Villavicencio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vachon Villavicencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Adrian Romay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pinguili SC's Barros Lorca got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barros Lorca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Lozada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Adrian Romay managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when CD Balsapamba's Lopez Ceron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Pinguili SC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Xinaro Retana hit a great ball. Lopez Ceron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ugaitz Subirada hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Rios Callergos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zigor Barreto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urbano Iturbe's late challenge caught a Pinguili SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Iturbe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CD Balsapamba's Urbano Iturbe got a free kick in the 26th minute. A collision led to Pinguili SC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Rafael Vid hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Vachon Villavicencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Romay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vachon Villavicencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vachon Villavicencio in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Romay saved Pinguili SC from getting behind. When Lopez Ceron came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the CD Balsapamba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lopez Ceron couldn't finish the play.

In the 53rd minute Barros Lorca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zigor Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of CD Balsapamba booed when Pinguili SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Vid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vachon Villavicencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Romay having to interfere. Adrian Romay came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Balsapamba's Lopez Ceron. But to his dismay, Lopez Ceron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zeru Llibre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrian Romay. Pinguili SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vachon Villavicencio in the 87th minute of play forced Pinguili SC's goalkeeper Adrian Romay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pinguili SC's zone, Vachon Villavicencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Romay came out of the goal and Vachon Villavicencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Lozada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Zigor Barreto made a huge save. Pinguili SC's Adrian Romay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lopez Ceron in the 95th minute of play. Zoilo Forcat's late challenge caught a CD Balsapamba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 98th match minute, Pinguili SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rios Callergos to maneuver through the defense. Vachon Villavicencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Adrian Romay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Balsapamba's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
