Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Demetrio Varsana took the kick off in the first half of the match. CD Nugro's Delgado Carmenes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Vallujera in the 3rd minute of play. When Demetrio Varsana came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Chabayan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demetrio Varsana couldn't finish the play. Delgado Carmenes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Vallujera went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Santos Bango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poroso Rovira during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paredes Tebar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Mercado Septiem made a huge save. In the 29th minute of the match, Paredes Tebar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mercado Septiem was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of CD Nugro booed when Chabayan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Poroso Rovira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paredes Tebar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mercado Septiem having to interfere. Santos Bango received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mercado Septiem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Santos Bango ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mercado Septiem was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Delgado Carmenes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Dacorrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Bango to make the kick off. If Jorge Vallujera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Raúl Dacorrega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chabayan and the CD Nugro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chabayan's Raúl Dacorrega got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to CD Nugro getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Santos Bango hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Demetrio Varsana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delgado Carmenes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Demetrio Varsana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 80th minute of the match Poroso Rovira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Poroso Rovira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Poroso Rovira hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Santos Bango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chabayan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
