Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eduardo Alborza made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Peguchi's Aguinaga Lizana got a free kick in the 4th minute. Aragón Paez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lopez Ibarguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lopez Ibarguen sped through Peguchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aragón Paez. Arlín Cantera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Americo Pinillas made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Eduardo Alborza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Coltapamba's goalkeeper Americo Pinillas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arlín Cantera. When Coltapamba's Lopez Ibarguen in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peguchi's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lopez Ibarguen in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aragón Paez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hector Viera charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Viera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hector Viera hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Aragón Paez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lopez Ibarguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hector Viera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Peguchi's Hector Viera got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 40 minutes of play, Coltapamba's Lopez Ibarguen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aragón Paez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aragón Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Vila in the 44th minute of play. Lopez Ibarguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Aragón Paez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lopez Ibarguen, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 60 played minutes Lopez Ibarguen rounded Peguchi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. After 63 played minutes Coltapamba got a freekick which was hit by Costante Ocerin. When Arlín Cantera came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Peguchi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arlín Cantera couldn't finish the play. Aragón Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lopez Ibarguen in the 74th minute of play. After 74 played minutes Peguchi got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Alborza. 76 minutes into the game, Lopez Ibarguen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aragón Paez. Lopez Ibarguen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. When Peguchi's Arlín Cantera in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coltapamba's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Coltapamba booed when Peguchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricart Cardeñosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Eduardo Alborza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peguchi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coltapamba the free kick. In the 87th minute, Eduardo Alborza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pinto Villacorta shot a long shot in the 88th minute and a light blocked Aragón Paez hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-6. If Arlín Cantera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlín Cantera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Americo Pinillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peguchi's Aragón Paez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Peguchi from getting a goal against them. The Peguchi supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Coltapamba's performance. The match ended with a win for Coltapamba.
