With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Iturburu in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dominguez Francos saved Chigledel SC from getting behind. Valdo Iturburu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Dominguez Francos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Simon Sevane fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argelia's protests and gave Simon Sevane a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Argelia's Simon Sevane got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Vina in the 17th minute of play forced Chigledel SC's goalkeeper Dominguez Francos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominguez Francos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Iturburu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Diego Vina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Sevane got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 36 played minutes Argelia got a freekick which was hit by Simon Sevane. Xabel Fontarigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paiva Bazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Xabel Fontarigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paiva Bazan's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Mateus Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominguez Francos having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Valdo Iturburu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chigledel SC's Dominguez Francos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdo Iturburu was the one to do the kick off. Xabel Fontarigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villagra Caroso in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Paiva Bazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chigledel SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paiva Bazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 57 minutes, John Boliaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argelia and the Chigledel SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Argelia's John Boliaga got a free kick in the 57th minute. Valdo Iturburu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdo Iturburu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Valdo Iturburu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xabel Fontarigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paiva Bazan in the 62nd minute of the match. Xabel Fontarigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villagra Caroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chigledel SC's Paiva Bazan in 64 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Xabel Fontarigo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Cornelio Santistevan took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xabel Fontarigo. Xabel Fontarigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Valdo Iturburu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Valdo Iturburu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argelia's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdo Iturburu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominguez Francos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mateus Rivas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Dominguez Francos made a huge save. Valdo Iturburu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dominguez Francos having to make a save. If Villagra Caroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chigledel SC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
