Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cuendina's Johnny Urreta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Cuendina's goal looked a bit too open when Pico Ceruelo came free, but Cortez Seda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klimovich Guadiana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnny Urreta, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Ayllon got free with Klimovich Guadiana in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Malacatus FC booed when Cuendina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Urreta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cuendina's Salomon Valtierra shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Klimovich Guadiana but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Malacatus FC's Sotomayor Miño got a free kick in the 14th minute. Johnny Urreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klimovich Guadiana having to interfere. Pico Ceruelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cortez Seda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malacatus FC's Pico Ceruelo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Ayllon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Malacatus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Urreta came free, but Klimovich Guadiana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cortez Seda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pico Ceruelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnny Urreta in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klimovich Guadiana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudio Ayllon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Malacatus FC's Torres Enciso in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cuendina's goalie prevented a goal. Klimovich Guadiana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ayllon in the 59th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Cuendina got a freekick which was hit by Moreta Calona. If Claudio Ayllon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Torres Enciso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Cuendina's zone, Pico Ceruelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cortez Seda came out of the goal and Pico Ceruelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torres Enciso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 78th match minute, Cuendina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Caselles to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Sotomayor Miño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuendina's Cortez Seda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Pico Ceruelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cortez Seda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torres Enciso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pico Ceruelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Torres Enciso came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Malacatus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torres Enciso couldn't finish the play. Torres Enciso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cortez Seda having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Malacatus FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cuendina.
