Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cesar Lomas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, Panupali SC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Lomas came free, but Elias Flayre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cesar Lomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Flayre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from García Araso went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Juan-Pablo Cezuago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Lloves in the 26th minute of the match. Cesar Lomas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Cesar Lomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan-Pablo Cezuago made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Leonel Torrent sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute Cesar Lomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Flayre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Panupali SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CD Jidcay were winning 0-1.

Elias Flayre made an important save on a dangerous shot by García Araso in the 52nd minute. García Araso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Torrent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Juan-Pablo Cezuago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramírez Beite charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramírez Beite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ramírez Beite hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute of the match Xian Gamarra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan-Pablo Cezuago showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Flayre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from García Araso, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Federico Lloves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panupali SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Jidcay the free kick. If Leonel Torrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Torrent in the 82nd minute of play forced CD Jidcay's goalkeeper Juan-Pablo Cezuago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, CD Jidcay's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Torrent came free, but Juan-Pablo Cezuago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Torrent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan-Pablo Cezuago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The CD Jidcay supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CD Jidcay would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
