Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Navarro Baldonado got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Llanderas in the 2nd minute of play forced CD Pagua's goalkeeper Jaime Arambarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CD Pagua booed when UD Chiquil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Moracia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marlon Lugunez came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Pagua's Salomon Piñeiro. But to his dismay, Salomon Piñeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute of the match CD Pagua got a corner. UD Chiquil's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salomon Piñeiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Roger Yarritu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UD Chiquil's Marlon Lugunez did a great save. Domingo Estramiana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Marlon Lugunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes UD Chiquil got a freekick which was hit by Ubelteso Callon. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Chiquil's goalkeeper Marlon Lugunez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Jacinto Gonzales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Pagua's Jaime Arambarri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Llanderas in the 26th minute of play. Zavior Bayona kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. UD Chiquil's Marlon Lugunez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Estramiana in the 44th minute of play. Emilio Llanderas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Llanderas was the one to do the kick off. Marlon Lugunez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Gonzales in the 57th minute of play. Domingo Estramianas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Marlon Lugunez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. During the 61st minute of the match Ubelteso Callon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ubelteso Callon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, UD Chiquil's Ubelteso Callon got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 0-2 became the score in the 66th minute when Navarro Baldonado elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Zavior Bayona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ugutz Matesanz's late challenge caught a CD Pagua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ugutz Matesanz helped the player get up and apologised. 79 minutes into the game, one of UD Chiquil:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute, CD Pagua got a penalty, and Salomon Piñeiro placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Zavior Bayona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Arambarri having to interfere. UD Chiquil's Marlon Lugunez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save UD Chiquil from getting a goal against them. UD Chiquil's Zavior Bayona got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Llanderas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jaime Arambarri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CD Pagua walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
