Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oscar Guiral kicked off to start the match. Simon Balli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovando Servin's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 10th minute Puntazanja were awarded a corner. Christobal Gallinas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Maximo Reneros got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 10 minutes into the match. Ovando Servin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Palobamba's Simon Balli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovando Servin in the 19th minute of play. Ovando Servin took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Balli. Simon Balli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Oscar Guiral took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Leo Cabero to make any attempt to save it. Puntazanja's Leo Cabero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Guiral in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Braña got free with Leo Cabero in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Ovando Servin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Balli was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. William Braña was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Oscar Guiral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leo Cabero. That made the score 2-2 in the 41 minute of play. Urrutia Urrue might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Balli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urrutia Urrue ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovando Servin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urrutia Urrue got free with Simon Balli in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Palobamba's goal looked a bit too open when Ovando Servin came free, but Simon Balli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovando Servin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Balli having to interfere. William Braña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Cabero having to interfere. Urrutia Urrue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovando Servin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76thth minute of the game William Braña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puntazanja's Leo Cabero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 77 played minutes Puntazanja got a freekick which was hit by Ubarna Villodas. Oscar Guiral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. William Braña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Cabero having to interfere. When Palobamba's Oscar Guiral in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puntazanja's goalie prevented a goal. Leo Cabero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Braña in the 85th minute of play. Carnero Calzon hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Braña in the 94th minute of play forced Puntazanja's goalkeeper Leo Cabero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Puntazanja players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
