Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oscar Guiral got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, UD Jacinto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zayvion Puellas to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Palobamba's Zenon Gatnau tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as UD Jacinto's Xilo Osuna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simon Balli. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Palobamba's Oscar Guiral got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hector Mendaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Braña, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. William Braña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Mendaña having to interfere. After 25 played minutes, Palobamba's Zenon Gatnau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hector Mendaña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palobamba reached it. Oscar Guiral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Mendaña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Palobamba's goal looked a bit too open when Xilo Osuna came free, but Simon Balli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Braña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hector Mendaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Oscar Guiral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Jacinto's Hector Mendaña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vernaza Valaguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Balli having to interfere. Simon Balli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xilo Osuna, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Braña got free with Hector Mendaña in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar Guiral's late challenge caught a UD Jacinto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Guiral helped the player get up and apologised. Oscar Guiral kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. William Braña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Mendaña having to interfere. Vernaza Valaguer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xilo Osuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Simon Balli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Vernaza Valaguer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Jacinto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vernaza Valaguer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Orcondona hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Simon Balli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xilo Osuna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Mendaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Guiral in the 93rd minute of the match. Vernaza Valaguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Balli having to interfere. Espinosa Pumar kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. UD Jacinto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Palobamba for a fine match.
