Amador Larquera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Alsua having to interfere. Nieves SC's Urbes Rebollar got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Amador Larquera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nieves SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Larquera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbes Rebollar in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raúl Alsua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbes Rebollar in the 22nd minute of play forced Huasimpamba SC's goalkeeper Raúl Alsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Ruidiez, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. David Perera kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Huasimpamba SC's Nicolas Veloso couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nieves SC. A collision led to Nieves SC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Xicu Fontiveros hit a great ball. Angel Martin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Urbes Rebollar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Raúl Alsua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Xinto Ibern mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huasimpamba SC and the Nieves SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Xinto Ibern hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbes Rebollar made a kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Ruperto Ruidiez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huasimpamba SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Ruidiez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbes Rebollar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gabriel Alcain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Ruidiez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ruperto Ruidiez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huasimpamba SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Ruidiez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Martin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urbes Rebollar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Raúl Alsua firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Huasimpamba SC's Xinto Ibern got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Urbes Rebollar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anangonó Dragranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Angel Martin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. One of Nieves SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Huasimpamba SC:s goal. Angel Martin went to the wrong direction when Nicolas Veloso was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 95th minute Ruperto Ruidiez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Huasimpamba SC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
