In the 9thth minute of the game Gonzales Coco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dunillin FC's Martinez Saena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Narciso Corral's late challenge caught a Dunillin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Corral helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dunillin FC booed when Tangay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Corral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Omar Cotorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tangay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunillin FC the free kick. The supporters of Dunillin FC booed when Tangay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Cotorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dunillin FC's Hugo Alves got a free kick in the 28th minute. Borja Almenester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vermudo Ludeña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Palomera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogerio Machon during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dunillin FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Alves in the 43rd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Borja Almenester to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Alex Sempere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vermudo Ludeña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzales Coco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Xanti Cortinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vermudo Ludeña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Cariga during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gonzalo Cariga hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Alex Sempere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tangay FC's Vermudo Ludeña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Palomera in the 75th minute of play. The Dunillin FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tangay FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
