Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Héctor Peñaranda got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Pichumaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Vall to maneuver through the defense. Héctor Peñaranda struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. CD Chibunga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pichumaso the free kick. A collision led to CD Chibunga getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Chatruc Lecanda hit a great ball. Samaniego Belmonte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Vall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aguirre Infante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Samaniego Belmonte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Vall took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samaniego Belmonte. Samaniego Belmonte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pichumaso's Rosero Francisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor Peñaranda in the 15th minute of play. Juan-Pablo Tablada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Héctor Peñaranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosero Francisco having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aguirre Infante to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Pichumaso's Aguirre Infante slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Samaniego Belmonte. That made the score 0-2 after 54 minutes of play. Nicolas Valls short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Samaniego Belmonte to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Héctor Peñaranda came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the CD Chibunga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Héctor Peñaranda couldn't finish the play. Lucas Rocandio kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Samaniego Belmonte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aguirre Infante, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Aguirre Infante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichumaso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aguirre Infante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pichumaso's Rosero Francisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor Peñaranda in the 77th minute of play. Juan-Pablo Tablada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Bartolome during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 83 minutes into the game, one of CD Chibunga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Aguirre Infante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pichumaso had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
