Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lopez Olalla started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Barbosa during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, one of Angashco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Angashco. Veronica Bonilla shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Nixon Domingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nixon Domingo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Zuñiga Aller made a huge save. If Duarte Lanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Nixon Domingo could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Zuñiga Aller however easily saved by the left post. When Lopez Olalla came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Angashco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lopez Olalla couldn't finish the play. Morán Masas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugutz Alcala in the 31st minute of the match. Angashco's Zuñiga Aller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Lanza in the 40th minute of play. Duarte Lanza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zuñiga Aller came out and tried to block the shot, but Duarte Lanza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 54thth minute of the game Duarte Lanza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angashco's Zuñiga Aller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Ugutz Alcala notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of UD Picincay's Morán Masas. Morán Masas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diego Barbosa got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 67th match minute, Angashco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Lanza in the 69th minute of play forced Angashco's goalkeeper Zuñiga Aller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to UD Picincay getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Asencio Mielgo hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Angashco's Ugutz Alcala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morán Masas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ugutz Alcala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 87 minutes, Duarte Lanza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Picincay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duarte Lanza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xilo Mora kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Angashco got a freekick which was hit by Lopez Olalla. After having played for 98 minutes, Duarte Lanza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Picincay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duarte Lanza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Angashco supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Angashco would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
