After some careless play in the UD Rumiurcu defense, Xilo Mora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xoan Oñez. The UD Rumiurcu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xoan Oñez should have stopped the shot. UD Rumiurcu's Xoan Oñez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lopez Olalla in the 10th minute of play. Zuñiga Aller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Jado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ramiro Padolles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lopez Olalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xoan Oñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugutz Alcala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xoan Oñez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugutz Alcala in the 27th minute of the match. Ugutz Alcala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xoan Oñez having to interfere. Ugutz Alcala struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Xoan Oñez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angashco. In the 45th match minute, UD Rumiurcu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xoan Verdeces to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Celso Estua got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xoan Oñez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrico Jado was the one to do the kick off. Ugutz Alcala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xoan Oñez having to interfere. In the 58th minute Lopez Olalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xoan Oñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Padolles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Lopez Olalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angashco's supporters rose to their feet, but Lopez Olalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xoan Oñez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Carnero Benavides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Angashco and the UD Rumiurcu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Angashco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carnero Benavides to maneuver through the defense. Lopez Olalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Xoan Oñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xoan Oñez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Yoelvis Tortoles charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yoelvis Tortoles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Angashco's Yoelvis Tortoles got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ramiro Padolles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angashco's Ugutz Alcala got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Angashco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than UD Rumiurcu throughout the match.
