Gavica Fresnos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justavino Lamarta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Vasaburu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 6th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Timpu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justavino Lamarta came free, but Gavica Fresnos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timpu FC's Gavica Fresnos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Aristegui in the 18th minute of play. Mora Capitan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ponce Sarricolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Vasaburu having to interfere. When Mora Capitan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Timpu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mora Capitan couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Huachi's goalkeeper Marco Vasaburu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavica Fresnos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justavino Lamarta in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Huachi's zone, Mora Capitan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Vasaburu came out of the goal and Mora Capitan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ponce Sarricolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Vasaburu having to interfere. Ponce Sarricolea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Mora Capitan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marco Vasaburu, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Huachi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Timpu FC:s goal. The referee gave Timpu FC a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Humberto Valonga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Huachi's Marco Vasaburu. 3-0. Mora Capitan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Vasaburu having to make a save. 72 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Santoyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huachi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timpu FC the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Huachi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Santoyo to maneuver through the defense. Danny Aristegui struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Gavica Fresnos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huachi. Ponce Sarricolea struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Timpu FC had played much better football throughout.
