Urbasa Hudobro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Arruta, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Salvador Penagos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbasa Hudobro having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Salvador Penagos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pitula SC's Urbasa Hudobro. In the 42ndth minute of the game Denis Aumada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turucuchu SC's Quiróz Solares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Turucuchu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovanni Alpanseque to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Arruta in the 45th minute of play forced Pitula SC's goalkeeper Urbasa Hudobro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbasa Hudobro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Arruta in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Turucuchu SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Colmenarejo couldn't finish the play. In the 85th match minute, Pitula SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stacio Sotomayor to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Salvador Penagos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turucuchu SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Penagos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Hudobro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Turucuchu SC's zone, Paiva Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quiróz Solares came out of the goal and Paiva Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paiva Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quiróz Solares having to interfere. The Pitula SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Turucuchu SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
