After 11 minutes, Carnero Terron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Ona and the Majagua players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes UD Ona got a freekick which was hit by Carnero Terron. Cristian Bernedo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Osvaldo Pierredonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garcés Viladrosa having to interfere. Osvaldo Pierredonda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Varona struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Coyette Collante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Majagua. Coyette Collante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Lizundia in the 40th minute of the match. Mauro Lizundia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coyette Collante having to interfere. If Zabal Buendia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garcés Viladrosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zabal Buendia went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zabal Buendia to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes, Majagua's Evelio Macho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Coyette Collante came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Majagua reached it. Majagua's Mauro Lizundia got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauro Lizundia might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Coyette Collante. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Lizundia ran back to his position shaking his head. Garcés Viladrosa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when UD Ona's Zabal Buendia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. 71 minutes into the match, Camilo Varona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Coyette Collante. UD Ona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Varona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 76th match minute, Majagua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mellington Cotes to maneuver through the defense. Garcés Viladrosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zabal Buendia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes, Carlos Cabredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Majagua and the UD Ona players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Cabredo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Majagua's goalkeeper Garcés Viladrosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Pierredonda. 89 minutes into the game, Alfonso Alfebra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Majagua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Ona the free kick. After a rather tough play, Majagua's Alfonso Alfebra got a free kick in the 90th minute. Garcés Viladrosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zabal Buendia, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute UD Ona were awarded a corner. Daniel Nobal went to the cornerflag to take it. UD Ona's Daniel Nobal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Garcés Viladrosa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Garcés Viladrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zabal Buendia in the 97th minute of the match. The UD Ona supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UD Ona would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
