Garcés Huidobro, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Texeira Lloret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugutz Zamanillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Umpanera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Texeira Lloret having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Chaulla SC's Vermudo Artadi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Descarrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Cacarrumi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysmael Cemborain to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute of the match Ricardo Cean sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Descarrega skillfully saved the ball.

Texeira Lloret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugutz Zamanillo in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Vermudo Artadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Descarrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Landaburu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Javier Descarrega when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Cacarrumi's zone, Velasco Venancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Descarrega came out of the goal and Velasco Venancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Vermudo Artadi put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Javier Descarrega. 81 minutes into the match, Cacarrumi's goal looked a bit too open when Vermudo Artadi came free, but Javier Descarrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Vermudo Artadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Descarrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Ugutz Zamanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Texeira Lloret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Texeira Lloret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugutz Zamanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Cacarrumi's Javier Descarrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vermudo Artadi in the 95th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
