Ramon Alcano hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Yoel Zalon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Estevez Cerezal firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Mañaria during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Checa Falip fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sivia SC's protests and gave Checa Falip a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sivia SC's Checa Falip got a free kick in the 10th minute. Aires Mazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martinez Cebada in the 11th minute of play. Estevez Cerezal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leoverliz Sabugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Alcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Mazon having to interfere. Martinez Cebada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Mazon having to interfere. If Ramon Alcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aires Mazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martinez Cebada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estevez Cerezal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leoverliz Sabugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Checa Falip was shown his second yellow card after 27 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 28th match minute, Sivia SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Checa Falip to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Alcano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Aires Mazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Alcano struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aires Mazon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zhipta FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martinez Cebada in the 40th minute of play forced Sivia SC's goalkeeper Aires Mazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ramon Alcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aires Mazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martinez Cebada in the 44th minute of play. When Zhipta FC's Martinez Cebada in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sivia SC's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yoel Zalon made a kick off. If Xabat Hera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Yoel Zalon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hector Mañaria was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 67th minute, Yoel Zalon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estevez Cerezal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Sivia SC booed when Zhipta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martinez Cebada didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Moises Vialpando fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sivia SC's protests and gave Moises Vialpando a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sivia SC's Moises Vialpando got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Tato in the 81st minute of play forced Sivia SC's goalkeeper Aires Mazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aires Mazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Alcano went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ramon Alcano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aires Mazon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Ramon Alcano took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aires Mazon. Aires Mazon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Sivia SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zhipta FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Zhipta FC.
